The Belbin Team Role model was devised in the 1970’s by Dr Meredith Belbin.

The original Self Perception Inventory, often referred to as the Belbin test or questionnaire, was self-scoring.

40 years of development and the addition of Observer and Job assessments now requires a highly sophisticated computer system called Interplace to process and analyse the data and provide 20 plus advisory and diagnostic reports.
