As most adults learn by doing we have selected three active learning exercises to meet this need.  Each one of these exercises has been used extensively by us and our clients and have proved to be highly effective, and, yes, there has been a laugh or two along the way.

Belbin Contribute

Invented by Nigel Belbin, this tremendously fun team game has been specially designed to demonstrate how each of the nine Belbin Team Roles come into their own. It provides an active learning environment offering the opportunity to experience the benefit of distributing work appropriately to members of a team to produce the best results for the team as a whole. Belbin Co-operate

CO-OPERATE was also designed by Nigel Belbin to help teams and individuals work more effectively together.

The three exercises have been designed to demonstrate the importance of co-operation between team members and thus counter natural competitive behaviours that tend to prevail in the workplace. For more information Click Here
